We have some great people working with us – in fact we go as far as to say that its the diversity and heart of the people we attract that makes inSpiral so special.
We realised some time go that if we wanted to be a truly inspiring brand we should better look at how we operate internally – so to this effect we are on the very exciting journey away from old school pyramid management structures towards a more circular structure.
This is new territory for us and most people and we feel that we are creating history as we are going along – it is a truly exciting experiment in sharing responsibility and uniting behind a common cause.
